ED is a common and worrying problem. One thing to do is to talk to your family Doctor because it is important to establish if you have an underlying condition that may be contributing to it. Over 80% of ED has an a physical cause, such as, heart disease, high blood pressure, raised cholesterol or diabetes. Sometimes, commonly - prescribed medications, such as antidepressants (SSRIs) or blood pressure treatment can lead to ED as a side effect. Whatever the cause losing weight and taking regular exercise has been proven to help so you can take action to help yourself.

Test yourself - then discuss your results with your doctor.
There is no substitute for an open discussion with your doctor about ED. This self assessment test may help you start the conversation with your doctor, and also give you some questions to ask. Your results here will give your doctor a better idea of what you have been experiencing and how you feel about it.
These questions do not take into account specific individual factors that influence your life. The results of this test are therefore intended to give only a general indication of ED diagnosis and severity. The test is not intended to replace a proper examination by your doctor
